Two Compensation Paths
1099 Independent Contractor
10% Commission
Best fit for self-starters who already have a book or network in commercial real estate, property management, or construction. No ceiling on earnings - production drives income.
W-2 Employee
$50,000 Base + 5% Commission
Best fit for long-term career builders who want income stability while building a pipeline. Full employee status with benefits eligibility as the team grows.
