Common Questions Before Requesting

What happens during a commercial roof inspection?

Our inspectors walk the full roof surface, document condition with photos and notes, check penetrations and drains, and assess for storm damage patterns. You receive a written report. If damage is found, we walk you through the insurance claim process.

Is there any cost if my roof has no damage?

No. If we find no storm damage, we issue a Certificate of Clearance at no cost. This document is accepted by lenders, insurers, and asset managers as evidence of a clean roof condition.

How does insurance claim support work?

When we document qualifying storm damage, we prepare the adjuster package - photos, measurements, and damage narrative - and work alongside your adjuster. You pay your deductible; the carrier covers the rest if the claim is approved.

How quickly can you schedule an inspection after a storm?

Emergency inspections for active water intrusion typically schedule within 24–48 hours in our metro Atlanta, Birmingham, and Huntsville focus markets. Standard no-obligation inspections schedule within 1–3 business days. Post-major-storm volume may push timelines - active water intrusion always gets priority.
